All I'm going to say is nobody correct his mistakes. Until this point Finko, I'd never heard of you.. I have not downloaded the level, so I'm not commenting about that. Thanks if you do it, because the water looks awful without your shader! Tigger-oN I don't think ips will be a good idea!

I do not use the term "conversion" here because a lot of effort has been put into it, and a lot of detail added. Sorry I don't have a link handy but it shouldn't be too q2ddm1.pk3 to find.
For fast converting quake live maps to q3a, use ioquake3 because it can read png textures as opposed to regular quake. Instead of chaingun there is plasmagun, and instead of hyperblaster there is lightning gun???

Sorry I removed some of your shaders from your pk3, because they were modifying some Id's shader, as you can see in q3dm2 water or qm3dm8 fog.
Man now all we need is a conversion of Tokay's Towers. I found it offensive to a point, but then after working for 10hrs in the real world you tend to get over these things: I don't tell you the name of map now, I forgot, sorry Skip to Main Content Area.

Welcome to my world insect Added 02 Feb, System now looking for unpure files in maps. After I zipped this folder and made one pack file like pak0. Took me nearly an hour to figure out which pk3 in my baseq3 directory was causing it. Without a doubt the best conversion so far.

It is a measly little level on a measly little game. I personally could have done without them and use the old grj thats grenade rocket jump but theyre not that bad.
Like most level authors, this is a past-time that I take too seriously sometimes.
Finko made a map for him and his friends and gets grilled by a bunch of opinionated, no-nothin', gamegeeks. When someone puts forth considerable effort to create a map for the use of others and there is no fee levied to its user, then it becomes counterproductive and insenstive to trash them or their creation.
I actually liked it. Most heavy operations were done through batch.
Great revision of Q2DM1. Could have fixed the errors, could have changed the textures, could given this map a hole new look and feel that would of kick ass! It used to be the darkest place on the map, and is now the lightest, wtf!?
